I know I talked to a few of you in game about the Alliance Fair last night, after it was over we decided this would be a monthly event for several reasons….

1. Once a Month doesn’t interfere with other events going on, on Chesapeake.
2. Once a Month keeps it from being resource intensive on our own folks.
3. Once a Month allows Time for people to plan.

On the up side UTB gained an additional member out of the Fiar, Melkor, if you see him be sure to say hello and answer any question he might have if you can.  If not give him my ICQ (I forgot ) it’s 18971987

They added the Britannian Ship to the UO Game Codes store.  There area  couple of options for permanent Ship Paint.  A standard version of the paint, a “weathered” paint and a two tone paint.  They put in a Bundle Deal with the Britannian Ship, Weathered and Dual Tone paints and a new house addon called the Captain’s Wheel which acts as a Sextant.

I’d consider the combo pack the best deal at  $18, but honestly I can’t think of what the Captain’s Wheel is good for other than Deco… What’s the purpose of a Sextant in your house?

I restored the database for the old forums to a local set up here, this way I can import relevant information into the new forums.  Stickies have already been ported over, and since I set up the new forums yesterday it had already had 5 bots registered, because of this I’m setting it up to require Admin approval for registration.  Most of you have me on ICQ, if you want to re-register then send me a message so I can approve you.  If you don’t have me on ICQ, try an Alliance shout in game, I’m on a good bit of the time.

I’ve killed the old forums, and have uploaded a new install of phpBB3,  all users will need to re-register so I can not only make sure we have a current roll-call but also it allows me to prune out any bots that might have slipped in.  I’ve backed up the old SMF based forum’s database and will be manually moving over old information into new postings as I have the time.

As you can see things have visually changed drastically here.  I’ve started dabbling into making WP themes, and here’s one of my first results.

I also plan to overhaul the Forums again, I’ve backed up all the databases so nothing will be lost,  though I might require everyone to sign up again once they are done and manually move things over myself.  This isn’t to disturb anyone, but as of now I have to approve every single registration on the Forums, and there so many bots, I’d rather just start fresh and manually import information as needed or deemed applicable.  As to previous content on this page?  Most of it was so out of date it didn’t matter anyways, so it’s been removed.  I’ll be posting some new information here shortly and encourage everyone to check it out.
